AVES Publishing has been founded for the purpose of providing Professional Publishing Services for scientific medical journals.

Our mission is to develop projects that will provide the indexing of Turkish medical journals in international citation databases, particularly in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and Index Medicus/Medline/PubMed,, and increase the impact factors of these journals.

Within this context, AVES Publishing is in corporate cooperation with 11 different databases, including Science Citation Index Expanded, Index Medicus/Medline/PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, CINAHL, Gale/Cengage Learning, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest, Index Copernicus,and Tubitak/Ulakbim Turkish Medical Database.

The Anatolian Journal of Cardiology, the brand and ownership of which belongs to our publishing house, is indexed in SCIE and PubMed databases, and, of the journals we publish and/or previously published, Balkan Medical Journal, Turkish Journal of Rheumatology and Turkish Journal of Hematology are indexed in SCIE and Turkish Journal of Parasitology is indexed in PubMed.. In addition to these advances, all journals published by AVES Publishing are currently indexed in EMBASE, Scopus, CINAHL, Gale/Cengage Learning, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest, Tübitak/Ulakbim Turkish Medical Database and Index Copernicus databases.
