AVES Publishing has been founded for the purpose of providing Professional Publishing Service for scientific medical journals.

Our mission is to provide the publication of Turkish journals within the framework of international standards in biomedical publishing, to develop projects that will provide the indexing of our journals in international citation indexes, particularly in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and Index Medicus/Medline/PubMed, and to provide consulting and implementation services for editorial boards.

Within this context, AVES Publishing is in corporate cooperation with 11 different databases including Science Citation Index Expanded, Index Medicus/Medline/PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, CINAHL, Gale/Cengage Learning, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest, Tubitak/Ulakbim Turk Tip Dizini, Index Copernicus)

- The Anatolian Journal of Cardiology, of which AVES publishing hold the trademark and have privilege rights, began publication in 2001 and was accepted for indexing in PubMed in a short while, by 2002 and in SCIE, by 2007.

- The Turkish Journal of Rheumatology, of which AVES Publishing undertook the publication in 2006, was accepted for indexing in SCIE, by August 2008.

- The Turkish Journal of Hematology, of which AVES Publishing undertook the publication service in 2007, was accepted for indexing in SCIE, by May 2009.

In addition to these advances, all journals published by AVES publishing are currently indexed in EMBASE, Scopus, CINAHL, Gale/Cengage Learning, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest, Tübitak/Ulakbim Turk Tip Dizini and Index Copernicus databases.
